The vocal chords belong to Megan Lynch and, judging from the photo on her website, I’d be foolish to argue with her self-description! However, they are fully-functional and put to good use on this unusual but strangely compelling album. According to the sleeve-notes: Looney Tunes & Merrie Melodies were originally created to popularize songs from Warner Bros. musicals and songs that Warner Bros. owned the publishing rights to.
